Label Created
Shipment booked and labeled; awaiting pickup.
Picked Up
Package collected and entered into the network.
In Transit
Moving between facilities or undergoing checks.
Delivered
Package delivered to the recipient.
Heads-up: Risk flags like On Hold, Reversal, or Damaged and Returned are highlighted for quick attention.

Having trouble?

“Tracking number not found”

  • Confirm it’s Z + 11 digits (no spaces).
  • If the shipment was created just now, try again in a few minutes.
  • Check with the sender for the exact code on your receipt/email.

“Photo locked”

  • Enter the last 4 digits of the phone number on the shipment.
  • If you’re unsure which phone is on file, ask the sender.

FAQs

Where do I find my tracking number?
It’s printed on the shipment receipt and included in your confirmation email. It always starts with Z followed by 11 digits.
Can I track with only the digits?
Yes. On this page you can paste just the 11 digits — we’ll auto-format it as Z###########.
Why does my ETA say '—'?
Sometimes the sender or local partner hasn’t provided an ETA yet. Check back later or ask your shipper.
Is my phone number exposed here?
No. We never show the full phone. For privacy, only the last 4 digits are used to unlock the photo.
