What you’ll do
  • Plan and monitor door-to-door moves across air & road lanes
  • Coordinate with carriers, terminals, and last-mile providers
  • Proactively communicate ETAs and exceptions to customers
What you’ll bring
  • 2+ years in freight forwarding or logistics operations
  • Solid knowledge of UK–EU export/import flows
  • Clear written & verbal comms; thrives under time pressure
Customer Success Specialist

What you’ll do
  • Own the customer relationship post-booking to POD
  • Drive proactive updates and measurable CSAT improvements
  • Work with Ops to prevent issues and accelerate resolutions
What you’ll bring
  • 1–3 years in CS, logistics, or account management

  • 2+ years in B2B sales (logistics preferred)

  • Clean driving licence; willingness to travel regionally
Warehouse Supervisor (Sea Freight)

What you’ll do
  • Oversee receiving, storage, pick/pack, and dispatch
  • Maintain safety & inventory accuracy
  • Coordinate LCL/FCL consolidations and deconsolidations
What you’ll bring
  • 3+ years warehouse leadership
  • Strong H&S and compliance mindset
  • Experience with WMS; forklift certification a plus
